Maternal Mental Health Crisis in America
Over 800,000 women a year suffer from Postpartum Depression, Anxiety, and Psychosis every year. There are less than 15 centers in the United States that offer treatment and support. Untreated mental illness in our mothers affects not only the family but our community. Healthcare providers have an obligation to be trained and educated to understand how to treat our moms.
